Mr. Garland is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in Business Valuation by the American Society of Appraisers. He is one of only four ASAs credentialed in the State of Louisiana, and the only one outside of New Orleans. He is also Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the AICPA, and he is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) as credentialed by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.
